If you assign a committee role to someone else on ENgage, it will automatically remove the role from the predecessor. You can find out how to edit a role here.
If the role is not being filled by another individual and you wish to remove the current post holder for the time being, you will need to follow these instructions:

Log into ENgage https://engage.englandnetball.co.uk/EnglandNetball
In the My Organisations box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
In the 3x3 grid of squares in the top left select the People section
Click Everyone
Use the search filters to find the post holder
Double click on the post holder's name
Select Roles from the left-hand side menu
Select the circle next to the particular role
Click the Delete button
