If the role is not being filled by another individual and you wish to remove yourself as post holder and leave the role vacant, you will need to follow these instructions:

Log into ENgage
In the My Organisations box, select the thumbnail next to your organisation's name:
In the 3x3 grid of squares in the top left select the People section:
Click Everyone
Run a search to find your profile
Click on your name
Select Roles from the left-hand side menu
Select the circle next to the particular role
Click the Delete button:
