This system update should be read in conjunction with the Gender & Participation Policy

To check the Participation Eligibility of players in your Club follow the steps below:

Step 1. Log in to ENgage here

Step 2. From the dashboard, click the 9 tiles in the top left:

If you are apart of multiple organisations, ensure you are in the correct organisation context. You can switch organisations here:

Step 3. Select “People”:

Step 4. Select “Everyone” in the left-hand menu.

Step 5. See the column named “Player Eligibility”:

Note: some of these fields will be blank and you will have to ask your players to update their eligibility by following the guidance here.

To check the Participation Eligibility of players in a specific team for your Club or League follow the steps below:

Step 1. Log in to ENgage here.

Step 2. From the dashboard, click the 9 tiles in the top left:

Step 5. Click on the “Team Name” you wish to check:

Step 6. Select “Players” on the left hand side

Step 7. “See the column named “Player Eligibility”:
