What’s the difference between the ‘People’ section and the ‘Members’ section?
The People section of ENgage displays the full directory of people that have a current or historical relationship with your club, or are related to individuals within your club - i.e. parent/guardian.
Whereas, in the Members section, you can view individuals that have purchased an active personal membership with your club, as well as any pending, scheduled and lapsed members.
To discern who is an active personal member of your club, please follow these instructions:
Instructions
Log into ENgage.
In the My Organisations box, select the thumbnail next to your club name.
In the 3x3 grid of squares in the top left select Members:
Select the Membership list button from the left-hand side menu:
All of the individuals that are included in this tab hold an active personal membership with your club. If there are not as many club members displayed as you would expect or none, there are two ways to resolve this, depending on how you have set up club membership packages:
(1) If your club membership packages are not set for public purchase, you will need to process all wanted players a club membership order (they need their account to be linked to your club directory first). Please follow this guidance here.
Please note, any duplicate county, region and England Netball fees from the first order (if one has been placed) will be discounted automatically at the checkout stage so only the difference will be due (if any).
(2) If the club membership packages are set to be publicly available, you can request your players to process a club membership by following this guidance (they need their account to be linked to your club directory first).
