As club/ county admin, how do we place products for sale through ENgage?
The Product function is commonly used to sell kit and/ or equipment.
For guidance on how to create a product in ENgage, please follow these instructions:
Instructions
Log into ENgage
In the My Organisations box, select the thumbnail of the organisation:
Click Finance.
Select Products.
Click 'New':
Enter the name of the product in the ‘Name’ field
In the ‘Available for public purchase’, ‘Category’, ‘Is Withdrawn' , ‘Tax Type, ‘Is Purchase Quantity Editable’ drop-down lists, select as wanted
In the ‘Unit Price’ field, enter the amount to be charged
Click ‘Save’:

Any product orders will be processed through ENgage as well as any funds.
Please note, ENgage functionality is designed for use on computer and laptop devices. Therefore, please refrain from using ENgage on a mobile phone or tablet device.
