I have received a faulty product

We are really sorry that your product is not to the standard that we also expect. Please log in to your 'My Orders' area, here and select the relevant order (if you have more than one). Once selected, you will see a 'Return Request' button beside each item. Please click this button, whereby, you will be required to provide some brief information around the nature of the issue:

  • For Adidas garment faults, please send an image of the issue and an image of the label showing the factory code. (please see the image at the bottom of this page).

  • For all other garment faults, please attach an image of the issue.

  • For inflation issues with footballs, please send an image of the barcode of the ball.

  • For all other "non-garment" items, please attach an image of the issue.

Once received, a member of our post-purchase team will investigate and be in touch, duly.
