How can I see which individuals have purchased a membership directly with our county?

Please review the guidance below:

1. Log into ENgage.

2. In the My Organisations box, select the thumbnail of the organisation (so you enter the context of the county).

3. Click Members:

   Open

   

4. Select Membership List on the left-hand side menu.

5. Click on the small white plus sign (+).

6. Select Active.

7. Click Apply:

   Open

   

This will provide a full list of those that have purchased a membership directly with your county, as opposed to individuals who have purchased a membership through their club which includes your county element.

Note: only certain committee members will be able to perform the action above, so please make sure you have been assigned the correct role in ENgage before proceeding.
