  1. Log into ENgage.

  2. In the My Organisations box, select the thumbnail next to your organisation’s name.

  3. Select the Finance button (available in the nine small squares, located to the top left-hand side of your screen):

  4. Select Products from the menu (located on the left-hand side of the screen).

  5. Select the circle adjacent to the product that you wish to amend (for example, “[region/county] Over 18 Membership Fees”) and click Edit located in the top right-hand side of the screen. Do not select the Update Prices button.  :

  6. On the next page, in the Prices box (scroll down), select the small pen symbol (located directly under the 2024-2025 row). If you hover your cursor over it, it will read "Edit Price":

  7. In the Unit Price field, enter the amount that you would like to charge

  8. Note: Please DO NOT change the “Effective From” or “Effective To” dates or edit any other field.

  9. Click Save:

Repeat steps 4-9 for each membership product that you wish to amend.
