Amending Region and County membership fees in ENgage
Amending Region and County membership fees in ENgage
The membership fees that were recorded against your region/county membership Products in ENgage for the 2024-2025 membership year will automatically rollover into the 2025-2026 membership year. This means that if your region/county fees aren’t changing for the year ahead, you don’t need to do anything in advance of the new membership year.
However, if you would like to edit the fees set against your county or region’s membership Products for the 2025-2026 membership year, your secretary, chairperson, treasurer, or vice chairperson (as assigned in ENgage) will need to follow these instructions before midday on 30th June 2025. If you can’t meet this date, please don’t worry - it’s a soft deadline. We just ask that you share any updates with the clubs in your county or region to keep them informed. The final deadline, which must not be missed, is midday on Monday 28 July 2025, when fees will be locked for all netball groups (including England Netball).
Log into ENgage.
In the My Organisations box, select the thumbnail next to your organisation’s name.
Select the Finance button (available in the nine small squares, located to the top left-hand side of your screen):
Select Products from the menu (located on the left-hand side of the screen).
Select the circle adjacent to the product that you wish to amend (for example, “[region/county] Over 18 Membership Fees”) and click Edit located in the top right-hand side of the screen. Do not select the Update Prices button:
On the next page, in the Prices box (scroll down), select the small pen symbol (located directly under the 2025-2026 row). If you hover your cursor over it, it will read "Edit Price":
In the Unit Price field, enter the amount that you would like to charge
Note: Please DO NOT change the “Effective From” or “Effective To” dates or edit any other field.
Click Save:
Repeat steps 4-9 for each membership product that you wish to amend.
Please note: The ENgage system levies a payment processing fee of 2.1% (+10p for transactions under £10).
