An ENgage assigned secretary, chairperson, treasurer or vice chairperson can update all
committee roles in ENgage by following these instructions:
Log into ENgage
In the My Organisations box, select the thumbnail next to your organisationās name
In the 3x3 grid of squares in the top left select Organisational Profile
Click Committee Roles from the menu on the left-hand side
Identify the required committee role and select Not Allocated
Type in the individual's first and last nameĀ
Click Search
Select the person
Click Save
Note: In order for an individual to be allocated a committee role, they must exist in the
organisations directory (i.e. be linked to the organisation and appear under the People section).
