To do this, please follow these instructions:

Log into ENgage
In the My Organisations box, select the thumbnail next to your club name
In the 3x3 grid of squares in the top left select Organisation Profile
Click Relationships from the left-hand side menu
Select the New Parent button (i.e. parent organisation)
Enter the name of the county into the Parent Organisation field (Note: Any counties that use North, South, East or West will state this after the county name i.e. West Yorkshire will be Yorkshire West)
Click the magnifying glass/ search icon if the result has not auto-populated
Check that the correct details are showing
Check that the relationship Type is listed as Child
Select Save Relationship
Note: Only the Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer and Vice Chairperson will be able to make the above changes due to roles/ permissions.
