Your booking would have been processed using the delivery mode of E-Ticket. This means that your tickets will be available for downloading/ printing via your online ticketing account.
Please note, in some instances, there is a slight delay from when the booking is made, to when your tickets are available for download. Rest assured, immediately after making a ticket purchase, an email containing the booking summary/ order reference will be sent. Following this, all ticket holders will be notified once their tickets are available for download (if not immediately visible against their account).
To check your online ticketing account, please log in using your username (email address) and password.
