Finalising a pending order
Sometimes when purchasing a membership at a club, you will add it to the basket then not proceed to checkout to buy the membership. However, once it’s been added to basket it will be in a pending status. To finalise the order, follow the instructions below:

Log into ENgage at https://engage.englandnetball.co.uk/Account/Login
Navigate to your user dashboard.
Look towards the top right of your screen and you will see a basket icon. Click into this.
This will then reveal your current basket, and the option to proceed to checkout. Please click proceed to checkout.
You’ll then be asked to enter your payment details.
You will then receive confirmation that the order is complete.
