Finalising a pending order
Sometimes when purchasing a membership at a club, you will add it to the basket then not proceed to checkout to buy the membership. However, once it’s been added to basket it will be in a pending status. To finalise the order, follow the instructions below:

Log in to ENgage at https://engage.englandnetball.co.uk/Account/Login
Navigate to your user dashboard.
Select unpaid orders:
This will then reveal your unpaid orders, select “View” on the order you wish to pay for:
You’ll then be taken to check out asked to enter your payment details.
You will then receive confirmation that the order is complete.
