How do I buy my child a full membership?

ENgage is a self-service platform that enables individuals to purchase membership. As you are purchasing a membership on behalf of a minor, you will be required to login into your ENgage account first and assume control of the minor's account (due to safeguarding). From here, you will be able to create organisation links and/ or purchase memberships on behalf of the child.

If you do not posess ENgage accounts, please follow these steps here to get started.

If both adult and child(ren) accounts are set up, please proceed with the steps below:

 

STAGE 1:

  1. Log into ENgage at engage.englandnetball.co.uk (as the parent/ guardian, please make sure you are logging into ENgage using your own ENA ID)

  2. In the My Family box, select the family member you would like to process a membership for. This will then change your view to that of the family member.

  3. Click Add in the My Organisations section of the profile (if the club link hasn't already been established)

  4. Enter the organisation name only (please avoid adding the address details/ postcode as this may impact results)

  5. Click the Search button

  6. Select the organisation by clicking on the 'Tick'

STAGE 2:

  1. In the My Organisation section of your child's profile, please select the Buy Membership button for the club

  2. Click Add to Basket for the membership you wish to purchase
    Note: check you are selecting the correct membership package and season

  3. Select Checkout

  4. View and 'Tick' any waivers relating to the order

  5. Click the circle next to the wanted payment method

  6. Check the payment method details are correct

  7. Select Pay now

  8. Enter your payment details

Please note, any duplicate region and England Netball fees from your previous order/s will be discounted automatically at the checkout stage so you will only pay the difference (if any).

 

NOTE: If your family member has an ENgage account, but they don't show in your My Family box, please reach out to the Customer Experience team using this contact form so that they can help you create a relationship link.
