Why can't my new club find my account?
Remember, you are in control of who can see your personal account. If your club can’t see your account, chances are, you haven’t yet linked your account to the club. You can do this by following the below guidance:
Log into ENgage
Click on Add in the My Organisations section of your profile
Enter the organisation name only (please avoid adding the address details/ postcode as this may impact results)
Click the Search button
Select the organisation by clicking on the 'Tick'
The Organisation will now appear in your My Organisations section of your profile and the Organisation will now be able to see your account.
