How do I make a claim?

It is essential that you notify any claim or potential claim. It is also important not to admit liability or discuss the matter with a third party. 

Please refer to Howden within 24 hours of receipt or knowledge of the incident and please do not respond before referal to Howden.

You must report every claim and any incident that is likely to give rise to a claim in the future. Please contact Howden on 0121 698 8040 and complete the necessary report/claim form as soon as possible to avoid prejudicing your claim. Do not admit liability; do not make an offer or promise to pay.
