How do I create an ENgage club website?


The ENgage assigned club chair, secretary, treasurer or vice chair needs to follow these instructions:

  1. Log into ENgage

  2. In the My Organisations box, select the thumbnail next to your club’s name

  3. In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select Organisation Profile

  4. Select Edit

  5. Ensure the Email and Primary contact fields are entered (if not already entered)

  6. Select the floppy disk icon

  7. In the 3×3 grid of squares in the top left select Finance

  8.  Select Website Setup in the left-hand side menu

  9. Enter your wanted county subdomain in the Website Subdomain field
    (Alternatively if you already have your own website domain, you can use this with our sites*)

  10. Tick the box ‘I have read, consented and agreed to First Sports Internationals Website Terms and Conditions, and I am of legal age.’

  11. Click Create Web Site button
    (After 10 minutes, two buttons will appear – ‘View Website’ and ‘Edit Website’)

  12. Click Edit Website
    The new website link will appear in a new tab

  13. Please copy and paste this url to the individual assigned to the ENgage Website administrator role
