How do I see my Communication History?
The Communication History section of your ENgage profile allows you to see emails which have been sent to you from ENgage.
This may contain: informational emails, transactional emails (such as order confirmations) or emails from your Region, County or Club (dependent on your communication preferences).
To view your Communication History, please follow the steps below:
1. Login to ENgage
2. Select your profile icon in the top right of the page
3. From the dropdown select ‘Communication History’
Here you will see any emails which have been sent to your registered email address from ENgage
Click on the icon with the three dots and select ‘View’. This will allow you to view the sent email.
To review and adjust your communication preferences, this can be achieved via the ‘Communication’ menu.
