Where are my linked organisations?
You can now see your linked organisation on the left hand side of your page:
To add a new organisation simply click the “+” button or press the “Add Organisation” box.
If you are linked to multiple organisations simply click the organisation you wish to be in to switch to that organisation.
Where can I buy a membership?
Memberships are now purchased by selecting the “Buy Membership” option under “Quick Links” on the right hand side of the page:
Make sure you select the correct organisation you wish to purchase a membership with by clicking the arrow of the organisation.
Where can I see my relationship links?
Your relationship links are now located along the top of your dashboard in the centre of the screen, to navigate between your related accounts simply select the name of the relationship you wish to view and navigate:
Once you select their name you will know it has worked if their name appears in the top left of your screen.
Where can I see my ENA ID?
You can see your ENA ID underneath your name in the top left hand corner of the dashboard:
What is the “Quick Links” section?
The quick links section consists of the following 4 options:
Where can I see and edit my “Consents & Waivers”?
Your consents and waivers section is located on the right hand side of your dashboard, to view them select the relevant consents or waivers section and to edit them select the pencil icon highlighted in the screen shot below:
