As a club, we pay on behalf of some players – how do we do this ?

You can process and pay for a club membership for your players through ENgage (their ENgage account needs to be linked to your club directory first). Please note, if an individual already has a pending order within their account, you may not be able to purchase a club membership for them, in which case, the individual will be required to delete the pending order. The guidance for paying for bulk memberships is as below:

If there are any players that have newly joined your club this membership year, please request the adult players to follow this guidance and your parents of junior players to follow this guidance. Once all players are linked to your club directory, please follow this guidance to buy club membership for adults and this guidance to buy club membership for junior players.

NOTE: If you do not wish to pay for these orders and you want to send payment links instead, please select the Pay Later option at Checkout instead.
